A delicious blend of aromatic herbs and subtle spice helps to create classic Italian flavours for the perfect spaghetti bolognese or pasta dish.

Mild and flavoursome, this mix is sure to be a hit with all the family.

If you don’t need to use all of the packet – it can be resealed to retain freshness using the strip seal at the top of the pack.

Recipe Suggestion:

Classic Spaghetti Bolognese:
(for 4 people)
• 450g of lean minced beef
• 1 onion chopped and diced
• 100-150g mushrooms, sliced
• 400g tin chopped tomatoes
• 280-300g spaghetti

Directions:

Fry the mince and onion, until the mince is browned and the onions soft. Drain any excess liquid. Stir in the mushrooms for a minute or two then add the Italian Seasoning and tomatoes. Bring slowly to the boil, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring regularly. Stir in the cooked spaghetti and serve with grated Parmesan and garlic bread.
