Our jerk seasoning is spicy and full of flavour. It will liven up any meal. Use as a rub for meats or meat substitutes or make spicy wedges. This spice is a medium to hot level of heat, adjust quantity used for a less spicy meal.

If you don’t need to use all of the packet – it can be resealed to retain freshness using the strip seal at the top of the pack.

Recipe Suggestion:

Jerk Wraps (for 4 people)
• 450g of skinless and boneless chicken breast, diced.
• 1 tbsp oil
• 1 red onion chopped and finely diced
• 1 green pepper finely diced
• 1 red pepper finely diced
• half a lettuce shredded
• 150ml of water
• 1pack of wraps or flatbreads

Directions:

Heat the oil in a pan, add the chicken pieces and fry for 5-6 minutes or until browned. Add the onions and peppers and fry for a further 5 minutes. Combine sachet contents with the water and add to the pan, mixing well. Cook for a further 1-2 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked.
Serve in warmed flatbreads or wraps.
