Roasted Mushrooms in Green Chilli
Delicious side dish or starter created with minimal effort, using the Green Chilli and Coriander Sauce for a delightful infusion of flavours from the combination of mild green chilli, coriander and garlic.
- Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Arrange the mushrooms in a roasting tray in a single layer, then cook for 15 mins.
- Wash and dry the mushrooms, trimming any large stalks.
- Arrange the mushrooms in a roasting tray in a single layer, drizzle 2 tbsp of Green Chilli Coriander Sauce over, then cook for 10 mins. Stir and add more sauce if required. Return to the oven for 10-15 minutes or until cooked.
- Serve as a starter or as a side.
