We are a husband and wife team. Annette and Phil “Jethro” Foster handcraft lots of unique flavours to bring sauces, marinades and dressings to food lovers everywhere. We source the finest chillies, herbs, spices, oils, vinegars and other natural ingredients and lovingly prepare each and every bottle. We are only a small team but we endeavour to respond quickly to any enquiries and orders.

There are seasonal dressings, award winning sauces and marinades, including mild to hot chilli sauces, unique flavour combinations and fantastic fresh tasting dipping and stir fry sauces. Our products are as versatile as they are unique, with many possibilities each bottle encourages you to explore and to create.

They are perfect for experimenting with: use as a glaze, in a casserole, stir fry or as a barbecue sauce, marinade or dip. Recipes are supplied to give some ideas to start you off! All off our sauces and marinades are suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
