When will my order be despatched?
We are a small family business and whilst we try to despatch orders within 1 working day, this may not always be possible, especially during popular times.e.g. Christmas. Orders sent via Standard Post are usually sent via Royal Mail on a 3-5 working day service. Please note at Christmas we typically see Royal Mail deliveries taking twice this length of time at least. If you need your order quickly please select express delivery.
How long do I have to return an item?
If you have any concerns with your products or think we have sent you the wrong products please let us know as soon as possible upon receipt of your order by email to info@jethros.co.uk.
